Summary: HARMONY aims to support the modernisation, accessibility and internationalisation of higher education institutions in India, Bangladesh and Vietnam, and to contribute to European-Asian university cooperation. The overall objective of the HARMONY project and the main framework of the partner countries is to influence and initiate reform processes in higher education institutions, enabling them to strategically manage internationalisation in the provision of education, research, mobility services.
