Project object – to provide quality education for migrant children by equipping educators with innovative tools that will increase the chances of migrant children’s long-term social integration in their host country.

A concrete outcome of the project will be the development of an e-learning platform that will provide material describing innovative methods for teachers to work with children from migrant backgrounds. This material will be preceded by an empirical analysis of needs, expectations, legal and cultural norms related to the implementation of intercultural education in primary schools in Poland, Finland, the Czech Republic and Lithuania. In parallel, a strategy for the development of teachers’ and education students’ competences related to the education of immigrant children is planned. The students of pedagogy participating in the project will receive 5 ETCS credits for their contribution.

The project is funded by the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership in Higher Education Sector (KA226) programme.
