Ukrainians applying for degree studies at MRU will pay a reduced application fee of €50 instead of €100.
The 5 best applicants from Ukraine admitted to Bachelor’s Degree programs in the academic year 2025-2026 will be exempt from the requirement to pay tuition fees.
Students admitted to the Master’s programs in the academic year 2025-2026 will be offered a 30% tuition fee discount.
Students admitted to the Bachelor’s Degree programs in the academic year 2025-2026 will be offered a 40% tuition fee discount.
Applicants from Ukraine who have completed secondary education in Lithuania and received a Lithuanian high school diploma can be eligible for a state-funded place.
