Recognition of Non-formal competences

Who can apply for a procedure for the assessment of learning achievements acquired in the framework of non-formal adult education and recognition of competences?

• Adults who do not have a higher university education in the field where they have been working for at least 3-5 years;
• Adults who have already received a university degree, but have not worked according to the qualifications awarded for at least 3-5 years;
• Adults for various reasons “drop” of university studies and seek to complete them;
• Adults currently not working and registered and not registered at the territorial labor exchanges;
• University students and/or listeners who meet the conditions 1 or 2 as stated above.

These Learning Achievements Will be Evaluated at the University:

• learning achievements acquired in paid employment;
• learning achievements acquired through unpaid or voluntary work;
• learning achievements acquired through self-study;
• learning achievements acquired abroad (internships, courses);
• learning achievements acquired during leisure time.

To Be Eligible, Candidates:

• have at least secondary education;
• have at least 3-5 years of work experience in the field from which recognition of study credits will be sought;
• provide proof of learning achievements acquired in the non-formal adult education system,  proving the correspondence of achievements with the results of studies in the study subject(s).

Fees Applied for the Procedure for the Assessment of Learning Achievements Acquired in the Framework of Non-Formal Adult Education and Recognition of Competences:

• Payment for the examination of the application to participate in the procedure for the assessment of learning achievements acquired in the framework of non-formal adult education and the recognition of competences: EUR 29;
• Payment for crediting one study subject in the procedure for the assessment of learning achievements acquired in the non-formal adult education system and the recognition of competences: EUR 25.
