The aim is to develop B1 level communicative competences in order to be able to communicate adequately in Lithuanian in the most important areas of public life.

Methods: interactive lectures, group work, watching and analysing videos, situational role-playing, preparation and presentation of individual and group projects, discussion.

Desired outcomes: Participants will be able to understand texts on familiar subjects they encounter at home, at work, at school, etc.; to communicate in a variety of common and unexpected situations in everyday life; to produce simple, coherent texts on relevant topics; to describe their own experiences, events and feelings; to participate in discussion and express their opinions. The aim is for students to be able to cope easily with many situations while in Lithuania and to feel comfortable in the country where the target language is spoken.
