April 5th, 2017, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Vice-Rector for Education and Research Dr. Inga Žalėnienė met with Fulbright Scholar and U.S. legal expert Edward Kelly, who had spent 6-months teaching and lecturing at MRU in 2015.

Kelly had lectured not only to students in MRU's Law Faculty and the Institute of Communication & Mediation, but also to students in other universities in Lithuania.

He gave a talk on "Failure and Fear of Failure" at the TEDxMRU event in May 2015. The talk was so popular that he received a standing ovation.

Kelly, has been with the University Counsel for East Tennessee State University (ETSU), and is the recepient of not one, but two Fulbright awards. In 2003 he was awarded a Fulbright to go to Ukraine.
