June 8th-18th, 2015 the International Summer School "Role of the World Trade Organization on International Business Development in the Era of Digital Economy“ will be held at Mykolas Romeris University, Vilnius, Lithuania.

The International Summer School organizing committee has prepared a special programme to better understand the World Trade Organization procedures and experiences, the prospects of potential membership, the benefits of membership along with the insights of international business development potential in the global digital economy.

The International Summer School is organized together with the experts from the World Trade Organization, Azerbaijan's State Economic University, International Simulation and Gaming Association, ISCTE Business School in Portugal and Tampere University in Finland. The International Summer School will acquaint participants in group discussions and seminars with criteria and benefits for membership in the World Trade Organization as well as free trade agreement negotiation issues, followed by business simulation application in developing international business.

Students will consider the role of the World Trade Organization on International Business Development in the Era of Digital Economy prospects through practical seminars, group discussions, case studies and business simulation games.

* Students will be awarded 4 ECTS credits along with the certificate.

Price per person: 350 EUR - includes meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner at the university café, social events), experienced lectures from the World Trade Organization, Azerbaijan's State Economic University, International Simulation and Gaming Association, ISCTE Business School in Portugal and Tampere University in Finland), access to business simulation game application, cultural program, accommodation.
