Feb. 5th, 2016, painter Juozas Pranckevičius opened an art exhibiton in the 2nd floor foyer of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU).
Colourful nature scenes, forests are evident in the paintings on display in the exhibition.
Pranckevičius was born on Oct. 26th, 1952 in Vilnius. He studied architecture. He is a member of the Lithuanian Artists' Association.
He is a painter of strong internal energy literally on fire "from inside."
Prancekevičius has been displaying his paintings since 1986 and has organized some 30 individual exhibitions. He has displayed his art in various countries abroad: Estonia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, France and India.
Art collectors in Canada, the Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, Italy, Poland, France, Norway have acquired his paintings.
