April 27th, there was an open lecture, "South Caucasus: A Changing Geography" delivered by Azerbaijan International Relations expert Fuad Shahbazov. The lecture was part of the studies programme, International Politics and Economics.

The lecture focused on Azerbaijan, Georgia and Russian policy and the conflicts in this region.

Fuad is foreign affairs analyst, who has been published and quoted widely by Forbes, Jerusalem Post, EurActive, Turkey Institute, Strategic Thought Institute, Aljazeera Turkey etc.
