On April 10, 2025, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) and the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan signed a cooperation agreement, reaffirming the long-term partnership between the two institutions.

The agreement outlines opportunities for student and faculty exchanges, joint academic events, and collaboration in the fields of education, practical training, social partnerships, and scientific research. This partnership is expected to contribute to mutual academic development and the expansion of international experience.

The signing ceremony was attended by MRU Vice-Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saulius Spurga and NUST Pro-Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Osman Hasan, who is currently visiting Lithuania and participating in MRU’s International Teaching Week.
