Mykolas Romeris University and Dalton State College Officially Launched Cooperation

May 31st, 2022, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Rector Prof. Dr. Inga Žalėnienė and Dalton State College (DSC) President Dr. Margaret H. Venable signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to further develop cooperation between the two institutions.

The MOU formalizes an ongoing partnership between individual professors and academics and will facilitate joint efforts for common activities.

Those attending the meeting included: DSC Provost Dr. Bruno G. Higgs, C. Lamar and Ann Wright School of Business Dean Dr. Marilyn M. Helms, Dr. Carl J. Gabrini; MRU Faculty of Public Governance and Business Dean Prof. Dr. Darius Štitilis, Vice-Dean for Strategic Partnerships and Innovations Dr. Lidija Kraujalienė and researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ilona Bartuševičienė.

DSC Wright Business School Prof. Ray Smith, a Fulbright Specialist, has been lecturing at Mykolas Romeris University for a number of years. MRU Rector Prof. Žalėnienė was happy that Prof. Smith maintains active academic and research ties with colleagues at MRU. Prof. Smith presents lectures to MRU students, runs leadership workshops for the MRU Executive Team, consults students, academics and staff on various topics.
