Sept. 3-4th, 2021, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Private Law Institute academics Prof. Dr. Vigintas Višinskis, Dr. Darius Bolzanas, Dr. Remigijus Jokubauskas and Mykolas Kirkutis participated in an international conference at Slovenia's University of Maribor.

The law experts took part in the conference, "Diversity of Enforcement Titles in Cross-border Debt Collection in EU”. During the conference European Union civil process problematic issues were discussed.

The Conference was organised as part of the European Commission's financed project, "Diversity of Enforcement Titles in Cross-border Debt Collection in the EU (EU-En4s)”.

 Mykolas Romeris University researchers, during implementation of the project, have published several articles in Slovenia's University of Maribor publication, "LeXonomica.” The two research publications are: "Two-Tier System of Judgements and Orders (Nature of the Separate Order to Pay or Fulfil the Claim)” and „Application of Article 6 of the European Convention of Human Rights in the Enforcement Proceedings”.
