June 21st, 2023, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Rector Prof. Inga Žalėnienė met with and welcomed University of Savoie Mont-Blanc President Prof. Dr. Philippe Galez and Prof. Eric Brunat. They will be awarded the titles of honorary professor and honorary MRU member during graduation ceremonies at MRU June 22nd.

Also welcoming the guests were: MRU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Regina Valutytė, Law School Dean Prof. Dr. Lyra Jakulevičienė, Vice-Dean of International Relations Prof. Dr. Lina Mikalonienė, Faculty of Human and Society Studies Dean Prof. Dr. Odeta Merfeldaitė, Vice-Dean for Studies at the Public Governance and Business Faculty Prof. Dr. Irmantas Rotomskis, Law School Private Law Institute Director Prof. Dr. Virginijus Bitė and MRU Environmental Management Research LAB Head Prof. Dr. Paulo Pereira. They discussed with the guests the direction of further university cooperation.

"The joint programme, implemented by our universities, is an excellent example of successful cooperation. We are glad that this programme is attractive not only to students from Lithuania and France, but also from other countries," said MRU Rector Prof. Zalėnienė. - "We hope that the visit of colleagues from France will open up new opportunities for cooperation in conducting studies and research of the highest quality," she said.
