March 16th, 2018, a group of MRU students majoring in French and MRU Erasmus+ exchange students are visiting 2 Vilnius kindergartens, "Strazdanėlės" Fridays during the month of March and April.

The French major students, volunteers, along with the exchange students, play and sing with the kindergarteners thus introducing them to Francophone culture.

During these meetings, children will learn the basics of French and find out more about the diversity amongst French-speaking countries.

For students, this is an opportunity to exchange information, learn about intercultural cooperation as well as finding out more about the competencies and skills needed for taking over the role of a teacher.
