The Senate of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) has decided to award the title of Doctor Honoris Causa of Mykolas Romeris University to the long-standing President of EWORA, Prof. Dr Gülsün Sağlamer.
The title of Honorary Doctor of MRU will be conferred on Prof. Dr. Gülsün Sağlamer for her significant contribution to the implementation of gender equality in European research and study institutions, her important research in the field of gender equality, and for her outstanding contribution to bringing the global academic community together to address the global challenges of research policy, research assessment, doctoral development, and the improvement of the quality of studies, as well as for her consistent support to opening up a broad range of prospects for international academic cooperation for the Mykolas Romeris University of Technology.
