May 18th, 2017, France's University of Le Havre academic, Visiting Prof. Dr. Fabien Bottini presented a lecture, "Evolution of French Constitutional Law in the Economic Field."

Prof. Bottini has lectured at Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) in 2015.
