La Sapienza Prof. Bruno’s Lecture: Migration Within Asia – Dec. 5th

Dec. 5th, 2018, La Sapienza University of Rome Prof. Antonetta Lucia Bruno delivered a lecture, "Migration Within Asia: People and Cultural Tracks."

The lecture is one in a series in the "Introductory Course to East Asian Community: Cultural, Political and Economic Aspects." 
 
Prof. Bruno is the Head of the Korean Studies Program at La Sapienza University of Rome. 
 
She obtained a PhD at the Centre for Korean Studies at the University of Leiden in 2001. Her dissertation was titled, "The Gate of Words: Language in the Rituals of Korean Shamans." She completed PhD courses at the Seoul National University's Dept. of Anthropology. Prof. Bruno was awarded a MA Degree in Korean Language and Literature at the Oriental Institute University of Naples (I.U.O.) in Naples, Italy. She graduated Summa cum laude.
