Dec. 18th, students who have successfully completed Korean Language and Culture courses were awarded King Sejong Institute certificates.

The last such ceremony was held on June 29th, 2015, at MRU. Then MRU Rector Assoc. Prof. Algirdas Monkevičius and Korea's Dongseo University (DSU) President Dr. Jekuk Chang presented certificates to about 50 students of Korean language.

Korean language courses began at MRU on Oct. 13th, 2014. They are being held under the auspices of the Vilnius King Sejong Institute (KSI).

Korean language lecturer Hyunjung Kim from Seoul has been teaching Korean language at MRU.
