Feb. 19th, 2016, Japan's Ambassador Toyoei Shigeeda led a delegation on a visit to Mykolas Romeris University's MRU LAB.

Ambassador Shigeeda met with MRU Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Dr. Inga Žalėnienė and other University officials.

Japan's delegation included Japanese language instructor and kendo master Maeno and Kazunari Nomura.

During the meeting there was discussion about cooperation with Japan's Embassy in Lithuania and the possibility to organize free Japanese language courses, along with kendo martial arts practices, from the fall.
