Thursday, September 8th, 2016, international Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) students threw a party, cooked culinary dishes from their home countries and watched as MRU's "Skalsa" folk dancers performed during the international students' dinner.
About 30 different countries were represented.
Ukrainian and Turkish students cooked up the largest amounts of food and their tables were immediately surrounded by students.
Students from Japan, Korea, Italy, France, Malta and many other countries presented delicious foods for tasting from their home countries.
This semester there are over 170 Erasmus and exchange students at MRU representing 96 universities in 28 countries.
During the 2016/2017 fall semester more than 100 international students were admitted to MRU degree programmes. They come from Cameroon, Egypt, Germany, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Nigeria, Ukraine and many other countries.
