May 18th, 2023, the international scientific conference, “Changes in the Classification of Professions and the Influence of the Dynamics of Professions on Socioeconomic Factors” (PROCESS2023) was held.
The international conference promoted the development of good practices and common ideas, concepts and practices that contribute to economic vitality.
Faculty of Public Governance and Business Institute of Business and Economics Director Assoc. Prof. Marius Lanskoronskis, who is the project manager, presented the methodology and main results of updating classification of Lithuanian professions.
“The content of professions, the emergence of new professions, and the disappearance of others are influenced by many factors such as globalization, industry 4.0, environmental protection and green economy, “silver economy,” digitization and others,” said Assoc. Prof. Lanskoronskis.
The Conference was organized in conjunction with the Ministry of Economy and Innovation.
