Jan. 21st, 2016, German Bundestag member and NATO Parliamentary Assembly past President Karl A. Lamers visited Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) and met with Rector Assoc. Prof. Algirdas Monkevičius.

He toured the MRU LAB facilities, met with MRU Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Dr. Inga Žalėnienė and MRU Senate Chairman Prof. Dr. Gintaras Aleknonis as well as other members of the MRU academic community.

Dr. Lamers is the recipient of an honorary MRU Degree (2011).
