June 28th-July 1st, 2017, a group of researchers from Croatia's University of Zagreb's Faculty of Organisation and Informatics visited and met with MRU academics and researchers.

They explained how they created their e-portals in Croatia. They also met with representatives from the "Šviešos" Publishing House, "Mano dienynas" creators and the KTU Litnet Group.

The intensive 2-day visit was a chance not only to meet MRU academics, but also to visit the Šviesos Publishing House and their Digital Products unit Head Tadas Pukas. He introduced his team, projects and products.

Guests from Croatia also visited the Education Information Technology Centre. There Vainius Brazdeikis presented his organisation, challenges and plans for the future. Both sides exchanged opinions about problem areas in projects and the risks associated with this.

During the 2nd day of the visit, there was a meeting with Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) Litnet group representatives.
