May 4th, 2018, at the Ministry of Justice, the conference, "Aspects of State Liability in the Context of Globalisation" was held.

MRU Law Faculty Dean Prof. Lyra Jakulevičienė and Lithuania's Supreme Court Chairman Prof. Rimvydas Norkus delivered the welcome addresses. Lithuania's Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania Chairman Gintaras Kryževičius also addressed participants.
