April 21st, 2022, Mykolas Romeris University's (MRU) School of Law (TM) together with partners organized the conference "Measures to Ensure an Effective Corporate Insolvency Process" which was organized remotely.

The challenges of today’s world are causing more and more difficulties and challenges for business, which is increasingly threatening businesses to face financial difficulties. This forces us to discuss and look for more effective solutions to companies' financial difficulties.
