March 27th, 2019, the photo exhibition, "China Miracles in the Last 40 Years," featuring high-speed bullet trains, long-distance bridges and panoramic views of China opened at Mykolas Romeris University's Rotunda Hall Exhibition Hall.

There are also photos on display of Chinese leaders Deng Xiaoping, Mao Zedong and the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping. The Exhibit features more than 60 different photos.

One of the photos is of the famous Chinese bullet-train that travels the 1318-km route between Beijing-Shanghai in 4 hours, instead of the 20 hours it used to take. The high-speed train, which travels 350-km per hour, started operation in June of 2011.

Another photo, that forms part of the collection, is the 2018-built Hong Kong-Zhuhai Macao Bridge with the world's largest submerged pipe tunnel that was opened on Oct. 23rd, 2018. There are over 800,000 road bridges in China and more than 200,000 railway bridges. China ranks first in the world, according to the number of bridges.

The exhibition is on display at MRU courtesy of China's Embassy in Vilnius.
