May 4th, 2023, employers explained application requirements and what it takes to get hired in the civil service and private sector during a panel discussion hosted by MRU's Career Center, "Talents: What Kind of Employees are We Looking for Today?"

The 1-hour discussion allowed MRU students to find out more about the job market, requirements for getting hired, the application process and more.

Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania, Šiaulių Bank, Allianz, Marsh, the Institute of Internal Auditors Lithuania and the Public Management Agency were on hand to present their companies and answer questions from students.

Some company representatives highlighted novelties such as allowing employees to study for a higher education degree and paying the tuition.

MRU students were inquisitive and asked about possibilities for training, internships and combining work with studies.
