October 10th, 2016, „Barclaycard“ Operations and Technologies Senior Analyst and Team Head in Lithuania Renata Šumskaitė lectured on Business Analysis Methods. Šumskaite for the past decade has been immersed in studying people's behaviour and psychology. She mentors to seven employees and herself has three mentors, with whom she can exchange ideas and experiences. Šumskaitė is also Barclays inner training club head and an evaluator of the programme, "Grow Like a Leader." "Everyone can read, but I seek to ignite a desire for learning," said the Barclaycard Lithuania Team Head.
