Athletes Awarded Master’s Degrees at Graduation

Jan. 30th, 2018, MRU Public Governance Dean Prof. Vainius Smalskys awarded Faculty graduates, including 4 athletes, Master's Degree diplomas during graduation ceremonies on campus.
More than 70 graduates were awarded diplomas.
Athletes who completed the Master's Degree Sports Industry Management programme and were awarded diplomas were: pentathlete Justinas Kinderis, boxer Tadas Tamašauskas, canoeist Ignas Navakauskas & rower Andrejus Olijnikas.
Kinderis was in Korea, ahead of the Olympic Winter Games, to help with preparations and did not attend the graduation ceremony. He sent a video greeting to fellow graduates.
