The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Harald Christian Scheu from the Czech Republic. Prof. Dr. Scheu is a professor at Charles University in Prague and a member of the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities of the Council of Europe. He will share exceptional knowledge and practical insights, including his experience working with the Council of Europe.
