Nov. 27th, 2018, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU), Gražina Čiuladienė, visited Japan's Josai International University as part of the Erasmus+ Faculty Mobility Program and presented a lecture at its Chiba Togane Campus. The lecture, on Lithuanian history, cuisine and culture, was well received by the students of the Department of Inter-cultural Studies, Faculty of International Humanities.
The Erasmus Program(Erasmus, European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) has long contributed to the development of international collaboration of students and teaching staffs within the European Union (EU). In 2014, the Erasmus+ Program was launched to promote academic cooperation between EU universities and universities outside of the European region.
The lecture by Professor Čiuladienė is the result of an Erasmus+ agreement between Mykolas Romeris University and Josai University Educational Corporation.
