Institute of Psychology
Institute of Psychology – the Unit of Mykolas Romeris University that implements programs and scientific work of psychology and is orientated to society needs and contemporary psychological research achievements. Institute of Psychology implements psychology bachelor programme (available both in Lithuanian and English languages) and two masters programmes, that currently covers 400 students. At present 40 members of academic staff as professors, associate professors, doctors and assistants are working at the Institute. Staff is commited to the continuous professional development is open to new experiences and believe in sincere communication and cooperation with students.
Institute of Psychology has a Centre of Experimental Psychology that is equipped with the modern technologies and instruments providing up to date conditions for both student’s practical assignments and laboratory works and for scientific research of the staff.
Institute of Psychology aims at:
- Preparing qualified and competitive psychologists that are able to consolidate into in the labor market;
- Ensuring modern, advance and friendly study environment for students;
- Creating and developing tolerant, respectful and helpful work environment for the employees of Institute taking into account their individual differences, and establishing attractive conditions for social partners to cooperate;
- Establishing productive and purposeful relationships with foreign institutions by seeking hight purpose to improve study quality and to make long-term relationships in scientific research field.
