The focus of this conference is on modern criminal policy trends, visible in European Union law, the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, innovative criminal policy decisions of European states and the latest scientific debates.

The event will be held in several sessions from 8:30 to 14:10, during which some reports will be read in Lithuanian and others in English. The conference is hybrid, and speakers from abroad will participate remotely.
