Summary: The importance of the study is due to the need to develop theoretical and methodological justification and scientific and methodological tools for forming a system of investment digitalization as an important element of economic security, achieving competitive advantages, creating possibility for long-term value creation for the investors. Scientific results will contain practical recommendations and tools to the development of effective implementation of digital technologies to the system of economic security.

The system of monitoring of risk management of digital investment activity will be offered, containing a technique of an estimation of threats at micro and macro level, a technique of an estimation of influences of risks on acceptance of administrative decisions. The mechanism of formation of system of economic security communications of investments will be offered, at the expense of use of modern technologies (such as blockchain contract system) and influences development of the management technologies directed on reduction of risks of the conflict.

The mechanism of marketing and psychological motivation of investment marketing will be offered, which will be based on the OCEAN model of psychological research of personality. This model will be improved by including reliability and validity factors. It will be used in practice and will provide segmentation of investors depending on their psychological portrait and attitude to security factors.

The system of corporate governance assessment will be developed, which will be the result of adapting the indicators of financial stability and security assessment. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the possibility of further comprehensive development of the methodology of formation and management of the digital investments system and its components, namely: methodological approaches and methods in the context of globalization, integration and convergence of national economies.
