Communication, teamwork, cooperation, conflict management and soft skills are nowadays essential for any professional. Experience shows that very often students lack these interdisciplinary skills. There are very few specific courses dealing with these topics and skills, and there is a lack of teaching material that lecturers can use in their studies to develop these skills in students.

This ERASMUS+ project focuses on students’ abilities to work in a collaborative team, to set professional and academic goals, time management skills and effective planning, multicultural communication, conflict diagnosis and management. These skills are essential for effective study at universities in this world. University curricula do not have a separate course to address this issue. Moreover, these skills are needed not only during academic studies but also after graduation to prepare for the challenges of professional life. The aim is therefore to develop cross-faculty study materials for students in Law, Business, Communication and other social sciences faculties, so that these skills can be developed and university lecturers can make extensive use of such study materials.

The main objective of the Project is to develop and implement an innovative practice of creating interdisciplinary study materials and tools (including mobile applications) for students and teachers of different faculties.

Project results – video lectures, study materials, a mobile phone app for daily study, reading materials and self-study materials. The partners will also train students and lecturers in the project.

The project is supported by the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships Programme.
