Erasmus+ BIP No. 2023-1-LT01-KA131-HED-000114517-3 “Startup Bootcamp: 5-Day Innovation Sprint – From Idea to Impact “
Dates: Physical mobility to Vilnius 26-30 May 2025
Virtual component of the programme will take place before the mobility (dates shall be communicated to selected participants of the BIP).
Objectives:
1. Encourage students to practically apply management methods, such as design thinking and lean methodologies, in an international context.
2. Develop students’ entrepreneurial mindset by pushing them outside their comfort zone.
3. Strengthen students’ abilities to work in international teams within a digital environment.
4. Increase students’ intercultural competence through international collaboration.
5. Improve students’ communication, problem solving, analytical skills as well as increase emotional intelligence.
During this intensive week-long Startup Bootcamp, students from various European universities will collaborate in teams to navigate all stages of startup and innovative venture building. They will progress from ideation, testing, prototyping, and validation to pitching their solutions to a professional jury.
Throughout the 5-day Startup Bootcamp, students will:
– Day 1: Analyze and validate real-world problems.
– Day 2: Refine and choose a problem using assumption-based validation and other methods.
– Day 3: Leverage technologies such as AI and no-code tools to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
– Day 4: Validate their MVP using the “go out of the room” method for real-world feedback.
– Day 5: Prepare a pitch deck and present their solution to a professional jury. The best solution will be awarded.
In addition to workshops and mentorship sessions, students will engage in social activities and take an excursion to explore the Lithuanian startup ecosystem, where they will meet with local startups and unicorns, further enhancing their entrepreneurial experience.

Dates: Physical mobility to Vilnius 5-9 May 2025
Virtual component of the programme will take place before and after the mobility. Before the mobility date is set to be 7 April 2025 (after the mobility virtual component dates shall be communicated to selected participants of the BIP).
Objectives and description
The course will introduce students to the concepts and theories of public-private partnerships, current issues and challenges of activating physical activity of the population, which will be discussed and applied to specific cases of each country.
Students will be encouraged to form opinions and gather information on related topics and deepen their knowledge in these areas. The academic part of the course (30 h) consists of lectures, group tasks and individual assignments that the students will prepare between classes. The practical part of the course runs between and after classes. It offers students the possibility to experience traditional indoor and outdoor physical activities. The course will finish with a Hackathon.
Methods and outcomes
Active participation, group assignments, individual learning log and participation in winter sport activities.
Methods: lectures, group and field work, and practical sport activities.
Learning outcomes:
· recognise the importance of physical activity for citizens in today’s society by promoting public-private partnerships
· identify the various tools and methods in activation of physical activity of the population
· be able to utilize the knowledge gained about activation of physical activity of the population through public-private partnerships in responsible and sustainable ways in their home country
· demonstrate an ability to work as a member of an international group
