Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) congratulates students and their supervising professors having won Research Council of Lithuania (LMT) financing for 10 student research projects this summer.

June 28th, 2023, by Resolution of LMT Chairman, 10 of 24 MRU applications for research funding were accepted for financing in the category, "Student Research During the Summer." Five of the research projects are in the field of Law including:

• Application of Contractual Liability in the Event of Termination: A Comparative Analysis, student Dominyka Šeputaitė, Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Vaidas Jurkevičius;
• Problems of Ensuring the Legal Processing of Personal Data for Journalistic Purposes in EU and Ukrainian Law, student Rehina Skrypnyk, Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Salvija Mulevičienė;
• Powers of Insolvency Administrators in Cross-Border Insolvency Proceedings: A Comparative Analysis of European Union and Ukrainian Insolvency Law, student Oksana Panichkovska, Supervisor Dr. Remigijus Jokubauskas;
• Ensuring Effective Insolvency Processes of Physical Persons (Businessmen): An Analysis of Insolvency Legal Regulation of the European Union and Ukraine, student Anhelina Andrieieva, Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Vigintas Višinskis; 
• The Impact of Ukraine's Accession to the Hague Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Ukrainian Court Decisions in the European Union, student Ivan Sukhorukov, Supervisor: Lecturer Dr. Darius Bolzanas.
