Feb. 23rd, in MRU's I-201 aud., Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) and the MRU Debate Club organized a Vilnius mayoral candidates' debate where some of the candidates running for the post attended.
The Debates were moderated by MRU Debate Club member Leonardas Marcinkevičius and MRU Debate Club President Jogilė Bundonytė.
Discussion Moderators:
- Rima Urbonaitė, MRU Public Governance and Business Faculty Lecturer, political scientist;
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Virginijus Valentinavičius, MRU Senate member, Associate Prof. - Faculty of Human and Social Studies.
The following candidates for Vilnius Mayor will be attending:
- Rasa Budbergytė, Seimas member, candidate of Lithuania's Social Democratic Party
- Valdas Benkunskas, Vilnius City Deputy Mayor, Homeland Union/Lithuanian Christian Democrat Political Group candidate;
- Ramojus Girinskas, candidate of the Young Lithuania „Jaunoji Lietuva“ Party;
- Valdas Tutkus; candidate of Lithuania's Regional Parties;
- Remigijus Lapinskas, candidate of Lithuania's Green Party;
- Eglė Radvilė, candidate of the Liberals' Movement;
- Tomas Vytautas Raskevičius, member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, candidate of the Freedom Party.
- Petras Gražulis, candidate of the People and Justice Union.
