Asian Center
Asian Centre is one of the structural units of Mtkolas Romeris University, established in 2013 for cooperation with China, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea and other Asian countries.
Asian Centre aim – to develop and to encourage mutual understanding between Asia and Europe through intellectual, cultural and human resource exchange, to strengthen Mykolas Romeris University international relations, to disseminate Mykolas Romeris University name within cross cultural contexts.
Asian Centre objectives:

To promote institutional exchange in the areas of Lithuanian, Indian, South Korean, Chinese, Japanese studies, research and culture;

To create the intellectual and infrastructural foundation for India, South Korea, China, and Japan oriented projects and programmes;

To initiate and to coordinate collaboration between Mykolas Romeris University and academic and cultural institutions of India, South Korea, China and Japan;

To participate in Mykolas Romeris University divisions initiated and coordinated projects connected to India, South Korea, China and Japan;

To organise Mykolas Romeris University and Indian, South Korean, China, and Japan teacher and researcher exchange;

To provide administrative support for researchers participating in this exchange;

To organise Indian, South Korean, Chinese, Japanese professors and specialists visits and lectures on Economics, Politics, Law, Public Administration and Social Sciences and Humanities, also to teach languages of Asian states;

To consult on academic exchange and internship issues in India, South Korea, China, and Japan.

To provide information on study programmes and modules of Mykolas Romeris University to Indian, South Korean, Chinese, and Japanese students, to participate in Indian, South Korean, Chinese, and Japanese informative campaigns;

To supply information on exchange possibilities with Indian, South Korean, Chinese and Japanese institutions;

To organise activities related to India, South Korea, China, and Japan cultural, economic, political and bilateral relation programmes.
