Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Chairman Prof. Vainius Smalskys, in accordance with Lithuania's Law on Higher Education and Research and MRU's Statute, has announced the new members of MRU's Council.

Newly-elected MRU Council members are:

Lukas Borusevičius (delegated by the MRU Students Representative Body);

Prof. Dr. Egidijus Jarašiūnas (selected in open competition from persons not part of MRU's personnel or students);

Laurynas Juozapaitis (delegated by the Students Representative Body from persons not belonging to MRU's personnel and students);

Prof. dr. Saulius Katuoka (elected by University lecturers and researchers);

Danguolė Seniutienė (elected by University lecturers and researchers);

Prof. Dr. Vytautas Sinkevičius (elected by University lecturers and researchers);

Rima Urbonaitė (elected by University lecturers and researchers);

Gediminas Vagnorius (elected in an open competition from persons not belonging to MRU's personnel or students);

Roma Žakaitienė (elected by open competition from persons not belonging to University personnel and students).
