March 9th, 2017, teams of academics and students competed in the Brain (Storm) Battles marking Lithuania's Restoration of Independence holiday (celebrated March 11th).

The event was held at the MRU LAB facility.

Teams, composed of 3-5 members, had to show their level of knowledge relating to Lithuania's history and Independence Day events.

Mykolas Romeris University's (MRU) Law Faculty organised the event.

The Commission, evaluating the teams, was headed by ex-Seimas Chairman and MRU Council Member Česlovas Juršėnas. He was aided by MRU Law Faculty Prof. Vytautas Sinkevičius.
