Sept. 20th, 2016, in the Justice Ministry's Conference Hall (Gedimino pr. 30, Vilnius) former Constitutional Court Justice and Mykolas Romeris University Law Faculty Prof. Vytautas Sinkevičius presented a lecture on Lithuania's Constitution.

The 45-minute lecture marked the 10th anniversary of the Constitutional Exam, which all interested in the Constitution can take.

Exam organizer, the Justice Ministry, encouraged all who want to find out more about the Constitution to attend Prof. Sinkevičius' lecture.

He discussed the values embedded in the Constitution and more about Contitutional norms and their application.
