March 7th, 2016, a delegation from Japan's Aichi University visited Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) and met with Rector Assc. Prof. Algirdas Monkevičius and MRU Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Dr. Inga Žalėnienė.

The University delegation included Political Philosophy Prof. Dr. Suzuki Norio, Sociology and Psychoanalysis Prof. Aiko Kashimura and Aichi University International Exchange Centre manager Aoi Ota.

MRU Lecturers, MRU International Office Head Audra Dargytė-Burokienė and International Partnership Dept. Manager Rasa Vilnienė met with delegation members along with MRU LAB researchers.

Later, in a separate meeting, the delegation met with MRU Faculty Heads and Business Media School (BMS) Prof. Gintaras Aleknonis.

During the meetings both sides discussed cooperation possibilities including student and academic exchanges.

MRU is planning to sign a cooperation agreement with Aichi University in the future.
