Jan. 14th, 2016, kyokushin karate champion, MRU student Kamilė Kasparavičiūtė was selected Student Athlete of the Year by online news portal DELFI readers and the Lithuanian Student Assn (LSS).

Kasparavičiūtė, a junior, many times has been crowned Lithuania's kyokushin karate champion and won bronze in the European championships.

She was congratulated by DELFI Editor-in-Chief Monika Garbačiauskaitė during a ceremony.
