Its objectives are to promote Poland's City of Lublin as an academic city, to establish cooperation between the Lublin Municipality and universities, and to help develop the city’s educational programmes for students from Eastern Partnership countries.
Under the auspices of the project, academics from the 5 universities meet, cooperate, discuss issues, and organize study visits including workshops.
The project is co-financed from European Union funds under the Erasmus + Programme.
