April 16th, University of Rouen Assoc. Prof. Pascal Dupuy lectured in French on "The History of French Cartooning & Four Centuries of Laughs."

An exhibit of French "Charlie Hebdo" magazine covers were on display.

The event was organized by MRU's Francophone Studies Center.

The lecture was in French with simultaneous translation into Lithuanian.
