July 17th, 2015, the Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Human Rights Summer School's closing was held in conjunction with the final Moot Court event. The latter was held at Lithuania's Constitutional Court in Vilnius.
The Summer School at MRU from July 9th-17th, was organised by MRU's Law Faculty in conjunction with France's Rouen University. Students from France, Poland, Denmark and other countries participated.
Fulbright scholar attorney Edward Kelly from the U.S. lectured to students about "Most Common Made Mistakes by Lawyers Thru the Eyes of the Judge." He also helped Summer School participants prepare for the Moot Court event.
France's Rouen University Prof. Marine Toullier addressed participants during the opening day along with MRU Law Faculty Dean Prof. Lyra Jakulevičienė.
Students visited the Foreigners' Registration Centre and were given a guided tour of Lithuania's parliament, the Seimas, during the course of the Summer School.
The School each year is organized by MRU and this year received support from the Polish Institute and the Nordplus programme.
